Ayanda Manqele was appointed as the Company Secretary effective 1 November 2024. She holds BA Law and LLB degrees from the University of KZN. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court with over 16 years’ experience and a member of the Institute of Directors SA (IoDSA). Ayanda is a seasoned, highly skilled and innovative leader providing leadership and guidance in Corporate Governance, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance matters. She has extensive experience both in the public and private sector, at an executive and senior management level, leading dynamic teams which she has been doing for the past 10 years.
