Chief Human Resources Officer

Qualifications: BCom (Hons) in Industrial Psychology; BAdmin.

Kereng Motlhabi assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer on August 1, 2016. Her professional journey began at MTN, where she served as an HR Business Partner from 1998 to 2002, laying the foundation for her career in human resources. Kereng later transitioned to Sentech, where she excelled as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness from 2013 to 2016.

Her professional background includes roles such as Chief Advisor for Organisational Effectiveness at Eskom from 2007 to 2012, Senior HR Consultant, and a tenure at Rand Merchant Bank focusing on Transformation and Diversity. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Sentech, Kereng recently completed projects, including the Organisational Design Project, Cost to Company conversion, Voluntary Severance Programme, and Leadership Development Programme. Kereng Motlhabi’s strategic leadership and unwavering dedication to human resources excellence play a pivotal role in driving Sentech’s talent management strategies and fostering a culture of innovation and growth within the organisation.
