Sedzani Mudau brings a wealth of executive management experience from both the private and public sectors. With a strong background in finance, she is a seasoned finance professional, holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Registered Auditor. Additionally, she holds a license as an experienced Business Rescue Practitioner accredited by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).

Sedzani’s leadership extends beyond her professional roles; she serves on several esteemed boards, including Ellis Holdings, Ditsong Museums of South Africa SOC, Unisa Council, Unisa Enterprise, Small Enterprise Finance Agency, and the Estate Agency Affairs Board, among others.

In recognition of her expertise and leadership, Sedzani was appointed Chairperson of the Sentech Board on December 1, 2021, and subsequently reappointed on December 1, 2022, and April 1, 2023. Her contributions continue to shape Sentech’s strategic direction and governance practices.
