Should Sentech determine that any mailbox is being used in a suspicious manner, Sentech may suspend use of the mailbox indefinitely or for any such period that it may deem necessary in the circumstances.

Operating Policy
A quota of 10 megabytes per mailbox is applicable. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the mailbox never exceeds this quota.

If unused for 90 days an account will be flagged as "idle". Idle accounts are disabled, any e-mail left in the mailbox will be removed and any new e-mail arriving for such mailbox will be returned to the sender with a message indicating that the mailbox has been disabled due to inactivity. Should the user log into the dormant mailbox, the mailbox will once again be enabled and all incoming e-mail will be delivered as usual. Please note that should the account be inactive for 90 days after being enabled it will be disabled again.

If unused for 180 days, an account will be removed from the system completely and will be available for re-registration.
