Overview of the Sentech Partner Program.

 

Value Added

Value added partners are those companies or individuals who sell and support customers directly in collaboration with Sentech. These partners may bill and offer first line support, or other services as agreed with Sentech, to customers and are given discounted pricing depending o­n services rendered and revenue targets. The partner types are:

 

Wholesale Partners

Wholesale Partners are those companies or individuals who o­nsell value-added services in conjunction with the Sentech product offering. Wholesale partners also provide customers with value added services such as pre-sales consulting, installation, integration, support and training services.

 

Retail Partners

Retail Partners are those companies or individuals who resell standard Sentech products. They have a retail presence with trained sales personnel and report systems.

 

Sales

Sales partners are those companies or individuals who fulfil the sales function targeted with Sentech. Sentech provides services direct to these customers. They are remunerated by means of a monthly recurring commission. The partner types are:

 

Referral Partners

Referral partners are those companies or individuals who have knowledge of o­ne or more prospective customer deals within a defined territory, and/or have certain knowledge o­n prospective customers’ organistions that will facilitate the acquisition of orders. Sentech will take the lead in dealing with the customer.

 

Sales Partners

Sales Partners are individuals or companies who specialise in outsourced account management or outsourced sales representation, for a fee. A sales partner is a sales professional or an industry specialist in certain products or markets.

 

Deployment

Deployment Partners are those companies or individuals who assist Sentech in the deployment and delivery of products and services. The partner types are:

Installation Partners

Installation partners represent a limited group of highly trained and experienced organisations or individuals that specialise in deployment/installation of Sentech products and therefore providing services to customer through a subcontractor relationship with Sentech.

 

Logistics Partners

Logistics Partners deliver / transport equipment etc. to customers, companies or partners o­n Sentech’s instruction.
